I’ve embraced many roles – from swim teacher to lab researcher; gardener to sci-fi fan; Mandarin instructor to environmental educator; world traveler to at-home mother; hiker to business leader. I’ve learned the hard way how important it is to maintain a work-life balance and prioritize health.

After the birth of my fifth child, I partnered with a certified coach who helped me regain energy, shed 40 lbs, and achieve clarity. That transformation inspired me to become a coach myself in 2016. I have since helped hundreds of others rediscover wellness and thrive in their lives.
